St Laurence Mothers Club 2026 Craft and Vendor Fair

Terms and Conditions for Vendors and Crafters

1. All items presented for sale must meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Vendors and crafters are expected to ensure that their products are safe, well-made, and suitable for public sale.

2. All STL BRANDED items intended for sale must be submitted for approval to [email protected] no later than two (2) weeks prior, to the event date. October 18, 2026 is the approval date. Approval is subject to the discretion of the St Laurence Mothers Club and school administration.

3. Vendors and crafters are permitted to use the St Laurence brand and logo solely for promotional purposes related to the 2026 Craft and Vendor Fair. This right expires at the conclusion of the event. Continued use beyond this period is strictly prohibited.

4. All vendors and crafters will donate an item valued at $5-$10 for a raffle prize. Please attach a business card to the item. 

By purchasing a table, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The purchase of a ticket to this event grants you ONE table and two chairs. If you want two tables you must purchase two tickets.

• Ticket set up: Table without power $40 (60 available)
• Table with power $45 (20 available)

7th & 8th Grade FALL CLINICSJoin us for 2 specialized training sessions designed specifically for 7th and 8th grade boy athletes. Each session will focus on key skills to help sharpen technique and elevate your game.
Session 1 - October 18th - 930-11am ATTACKING & BLOCKING: Focus on attacking technique, approach, arm swing, shot selection, blocking footwork, timing, and reading the hitter
Session 2 - November 15th - 930-11am SERVING, SERVE RECEIVE, & DEFENSE: Develop a more consistent and aggressive serve while working on defensive positioning, movement, platform control, and reading the game
$10 per sessionThat's 2 days of specialized training for just $20
